Education

I graduated from York University at the bilingual French campus with a bilingual Honours Bachelor of Arts. I am currently enrolled as a student in the Faculty of Education at York University getting my Bachelor of Education.

Experience

I have been a private tutor for the past 8 years from the kindergarten to grade nine levels. I specialize in homework help and all subject matters such as literacy, English, core French, math, science, social studies, homework help, study skills and organization. I have taught students with ADHD, low confidence, ELL, dyslexia. I pride myself on being able to customize my tutoring approach to the needs of my student. I will work to get to know the student on a personal basis and find out what type of learner they are and the techniques that will help them be most successful. I spent last year teaching English as a second language (ESL) at a francophone school in New Brunswick.
