Experience

I am a highschool Teacher at Yrdsb. I have been teaching French and English from grades 9-12 for the past 3 years. I also have 5 years experience doing one on one tutoring. My philosophy of education is that all students can learn depending on the strategies that are used to meet their learning style. The method I like to use in my teaching is to start from the basics and work upward. Many times students have gaps in their learning, because they grasp some but not all of the concepts taught. In the school system, it is easy to bypass these students, leaving them behind, if many of the other students understand.
