I help people, namely seniors how to use a computer, tablet, or a cellphone. If you are confused by all the apps, windows, and buttons on your device and don't know what step to take next when you open your device, I can help. I've been using computers and technology since I was 3 years old, I've worked as a web developer for 4 years and I've come to love teaching seniors how to use computers, tablets, and smartphones, from any level of expertise. I'm very patient, understanding, caring, and am good at explaining things simply. I'm studying social work currently and plan to work with seniors in my future as well. Here are some of the things I can teach you: - how to add contacts to your phone and make calls - how to set up and use email - how to navigate and use any apps on your device as well as how to download new ones - how to navigate Windows on your computer, find files, install programs, and use the internet - how to set up, use, and connect to Zoom, Skype, and Google Classroom calls - how to add important dates and events to your calendar app - how to do Google searches and find YouTube videos to watch - how to use Amazon - how to set up payment methods on your tablet/smartphone and complete online purchases - how to set up and use Bluetooth devices such as speakers, headphones, and watches - how to ask your phone anything through speech recognition - how to take pictures or videos on your phone - anything else I am able to come to you, anywhere in the GTA. I am fully vaccinated and have no issues with wearing a mask. I can mentor through a phone call as well, although in person is easier and more effective. I charge $30 for an hour session.

Hobbies
I am interested in psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience - understanding people and consciousness. I also love jazz music, I play both trumpet and piano on my spare time. I would say that I am patient and very open to discussing anything with people. I respect peoples' autonomy and decisions and am very accepting of people and where they may be with their knowledge.
