Education

I earned a bachelor's degree in Physics and Education from Ain Shams University, graduating with honor. I followed that up with a Masters in Physics from the American University in Cairo (GPA 3.5/4) in August of 2016. Recently (July, 2021), I have finished a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Polytechnique Montreal.

Experience

I possess eight years of professional tutoring experience helping students with physics, science and math readings, test preparation, individual assignments, and thesis/dissertation preparation. I spent one year preparing students for the GRE and GRE Physics exam and five years teaching IGCSE OL, AL physics, science, math, International Baccalaureate courses, SAT prep, and AP subjects. I have also prepared students to take the TOEFL and IELTS exams and spent two years teaching CEGEP here in Canada, especially physics, chemistry, and math. I am really patient and curious and encourage my students to ask as many questions as possible. I strive to make scientific concepts as simple and understandable as I can.
