I am a First Year Undergraduate in Languages and Linguistics at York University. I also have a diploma in Community and Justice studies from Sheridan College.
Experience
I have previously tutored children ages 6-17 within Canada. I would like to be a tutor not only because of my prior experience but also because I am currently pursuing a career in speech language pathology. Proper speech etiquette, use of the english language and the ability to know how to read and spell properly has proven to be essential in children being successful in their academic lives. I have been a straight A student in english studies for my entire acadeimc life, an area of study that unfortunately plauges our young people at an uncomfortable rate. I believe with my english and writing techniques, I will be able to have a positive impact on a young students life personally and academically.
