I teach in an interactive and informal manner. I believe in every child and their ability to learn whether they are calm or excessively energetic. My goal is for the pupil to read confidently and professionally. I am outgoing and personable and love spending time with friends. My lesson structure requires a lesser amount of practice so that the student remains animated throughout the learning experience. This does not negatively affect the student's skill level. As every boy comes in with different qualities I evaluate the student's reading and comprehension skills of both Hebrew and English. No prerequisite knowledge is required but understandably more attention and a greater amount of lessons may be required to properly prepare the student for his bar mitzvah reading. Benefits may include improved reading and reading-comprehension skills in Hebrew and English subjects, improved self-esteem and confidence and greater aptitude. The final results of these lessons do vary based on each student's capacities but we will endeavor to help your son and your entire family celebrate a beautiful bar mitzvah.
