I hold a B.A. (Specialized Honours) in English from York University, an M.A. in English Literature and Language from Queen's University at Kingston, and a Ph.D in English from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada. I have published two books on English Grammar and Composition--Write on Track: A Concise Guide to Better Writing and the Write on Track Workbook. I have published numerous academic papers, delivered papers at the CALL Conference, and have won numerous teaching awards--one from the University of Texas at Austin. I completed my own education on the basis of twenty-five scholarships and awards that I received for my research and writing ability. I am a seasoned College and University English and Communications Instructor--having taught at the University of Toronto, Ryerson, George Brown College--and innumerable other colleges over the 16 years of my teaching career to-date.
