I am completing an MD (Doctor of Medicine) program at the Medical University of the Americas. I currently hold a B. Sc. with Honors from McMaster University with a specialization in Life Sciences. as a secondary school student at St. Francis Xavier in Mississauga, I completed the International Baccalaureate Program.
Experience
I currently tutor students from 6th through 12th grade. I have taken primarily biology courses in undergrad with all the required chemistry courses. I also obtained an A in Statistics for Life Sciences and Calculus for Life Sciences. I have been part of teaching conferences at Western University, which addressed the needs of university students and higher education learning. I was a contributor of ideas in how to obtain deep learning as opposed to surface learning in university students. Some of the relevant courses I've taken include First year Biology, Immunology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Statistics, Calculus, Physics, and Health and Diseases.
