I have my master's in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Waterloo.
Experience
I have six years of industry experience as an automation and robotics engineer. I've also taken on multiple tutoring and teaching assistant roles, and I love to help people learn. One thing that sets me apart from other tutors is that I do have hands-on experience in the field working as an engineer, so I have both theoretical and practical knowledge. My background is primarily in mathematics and science, but I am comfortable teaching a number of subjects at the secondary and post-secondary levels, including electrical engineering, physics, math, calculus, and algebra. Because of my background and professional experience in electrical engineering, I am also qualified to teach electricity and magnetism, and electromagnetism. While I am happy to tutor in complex mathematics such as differential equations and multivariate calculus, I can also teach basic high school and middle school math as well.
