Education
I have a Master's degree in Structural Engineering (M.Eng) which is equivalent to a Canadian Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering as assessed by the University of Toronto in 1996. I used a Genetic programming (GP) method to solving structural engineering design in which computer programs are evolved to find solutions. I also developed Graphical Computer Software using FORTRAN 77 that can compare the result of Genetic Programming (GP) vs. Genetic Algorithm (AP) method. I have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng) with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
Experience
I have been providing tutoring services to students in Math, Physics, and Computer Science since 2002. As a tutor for high school mathematics, including IB Math, I make problem-solving easier for students and help increase their understanding of key math skills. I have also tutored high school students in Advanced Functions, Calculus, Vectors, and Physics. In addition to this, I have tutored Single Variable Calculus to students in the Science Faculty which is a crash course intended to give prospective students an idea of what a typical calculus course is like at university. As a tutor for high school Computer Studies, I offer a course that enables students to further develop their knowledge and skills in computer science. I provide high-quality video online math tutoring services and distance learning programs that help students study in the comfort of their own homes.
